This course provides fire department members and other Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel with information on the knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage a fire department's Occupational Safety and Health Program. It is designed to prepare students to assist or to become the Health and Safety Officer (HSO) within their organizations.
