This is a standalone course aimed at any personnel who may be responsible for the safe handling of Liquid Propane (LP) gas emergencies.
This course satisfies all the requirements for a Hazardous Materials (HazMat) Propane Specialist as specified by Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 29 CFR 1910.120 and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 472.
There are no prerequisites for this course.
Course Completion Requirements
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Regular station duty wear for fire field activities
- Office attire for classroom sessions.
- You may not wear to any class or field activity

Suggested AudienceThis course is directed toward emergency responders, plant fire brigades, propane marketers and personnel, law enforcement, incident commanders, hazardous material responders, and propane transport companies.

847-9304 with an approved/signed Purchase Order. Only Annual School registration forms will be accepted.
A $50.00 late fee will be assessed to payments made after the registration deadline for the Annual Fire Training School.
