Overview

If you are considering a TCEQ license as a Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester (BPAT), you should attend the Texas Engineering Extension Service’s BPAT courses. You will learn to test, repair, or inspect backflow prevention devices connected to a public water system.

Our instructors hold Master Plumbers licenses with the Water Supply Protection Specialist (WSPS) endorsement issued by TSBPE. Our instructors also hold Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester (BPAT) licenses issued by TCEQ. State-of-the-art equipment, materials, and instructional media ensure that students benefit from the latest technical information and practical experience.

TCEQ Credit

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) awards credit hours toward certification for all the above-listed courses.
